To help fulfill its mission to improve outcomes for children and youth in State and Tribal care, Friends of Alaska’s Children in Care provides funding through several grant programs. Your donations to FACC go directly to these programs.
FACC’s youth funding programs offers the following ways to help meet children’s needs: Mini-Grants, Camperships, and Family Support. For more information, or to apply, click here.
For older youth, FACC offers educational scholarships honoring two women who have demonstrated deep dedication to the cause of Alaskan children and youth in State and Tribal custody for abuse and neglect. Honoree, Brenda Dickison, served as the State CASA Director for sixteen years. Becky Rudisill helped spearhead FACC’s largest fund raising event, the Annual Silent Quilt Auction, which has endured for over two decades. Click here for scholarship information and application.
